Success doesn’t occur from something that you do once. Success results from what you do on a regular basis. Most people come home from work and do what they have to do family wise but business wise, they do little to nothing. Maybe send an email or post a couple of internet ads. If you look at what successful people do and what unsuccessful people do, you’ll notice a huge difference.

At the end of the day, you must be able to account for the activity that you did. You are accountable for your daily routine. It’s funny how people say they don’t have time to do this or that, but they have time to watch TV. Then when you take an inventory of what they’re doing, the number is usually zero.

We all have busy lives. No one always has the perfect schedule. However, you are still accountable for maintaining your daily routine. With that being said, here are some tips for creating a daily routine:

  1. Get up an an hour earlier.
  2. Pray.
  3. Read a something on personal development.
  4. Create or share a piece of content.
  5. Exercise.
  6. Connect with more prospects.

These tips will assist you in increasing your chances for success. The main thing to do is be consistent.

How to get out of your comfort zone

One of the challenges people have is getting out of their comfort zone. If you want to succeed in your business or any endeavor that you are engaged in, it is important to overcome this challenge. Business wise, you have to put yourself out there consistently. No one likes leaving their comfort zone.The reason why is because it’s comfortable!

I’ve learned that the best things in life require a big change in mindset. As a business owner, you are a leader. So as a leader, you must embrace the task of getting out of your comfort zone to the point that it seems like you are looking for those kinds of opportunities.

I want to talk about getting out of your comfort zone and provide some ideas that will help you accomplish this if you haven’t done so already. Think about any successful person that has influence. Immediately, you’ll notice that this person has a level of person development that displays confidence. So as an entrepreneur, you must first develop your confidence before you can develop your income.

how to develop your confidence to get out of your comfort zone.

Here are some things that I have done to get out of my comfort zone:

  1. Make videos talking about something you learned. Offer tips, 1-3, about 1-2 mins.
  2. Join a toastmasters group. find one in your local area. Google toastmasters and begin your search. Give a speech.
  3. Read books on confidence/personal development. Go to amazon.com or barnes and nobles.
  4. talk to someone you don’t know. Just say hello.

In conclusion, These are some of the ways to get out of your comfort zone. Understand that your comfort zone is your danger zone. The more you stay in your comfort zone, the longer you delay your success.

There are several MLM sponsoring tips on how to attract prospects you. When you first get started in MLM, you are told to make a list 50 business builders and 50 product consumers. This list includes family, friends and co workers. The problem is that most people you talk to, are not interested in starting an MLM business or any enterprise.

We are told to prospect at shopping malls and coffee shops. There are people who do quite well from mall and restaurant prospecting. I believe that attracting prospects to you is smarter than chasing them. It can be quite frustrating to go after prospects only to have them reject your opportunity. So how do we attract people to us especially without raising a red flag in their minds?

There are several ways to attract prospects to you. One way is through content marketing. Content is king. Your content must be educational and encouraging to your readers. Furthermore, it must be actionable. Offer your literature through a blog or a video. Lastly, your content should be original.

Another way you can attract prospects to you is by commenting and making informative statements on business forum sites. Based on the questions asked, your comments to those questions can build authority for you and attract visitors to your website or blog. The more eyeballs you get, the greater the potential for sales. A third way to attract prospects is to give something away for free. People love the word free. This can a free coaching session or an E-book. Personally speaking, I give away free coffee and tea to individuals and businesses. Just send me an email.

In conclusion, there are probably dozens of MLM sponsoring tips on how to attract. Time and consistency is required. Attraction also requires imagination and persistence. The more tips you learn, the more knowledgeable and successful you’ll become.

It’s Your Heart That Counts, Not Your Title

Never in the history of the world, have people been more obsessed with titles than they are now. People care more about titles than they do character. If you don’t have an MD, PhD or some other symbol of representation, then you don‘t count in the eyes of people. In addition, your self worth is worthless.

I write to inform you that it’s your heart that counts not your title. Society seems to place more value on titles than the hearts of people. It doesn’t matter what kind of character or lack thereof, titles hold more weight than the hearts of people. How sad and unfortunate our society has become. People with big hearts get far less recognition than those with big titles.

Our world has become a breeding ground for corruption and deception. What happened to the heart? Financial executives are rewarded huge amounts of money for their failures yet, the average Joe is getting screwed for it. Anyone can get a title. However, thinking people understand that it’s the heart that counts.

Truthfully speaking, people are not as interested in the title of a person as one may think. Our political and educational system indoctrinated us to respect titles but disregard the heart. If you disregard the title, disciplinary action can be taken against you. These systems put more emphasis on the external instead of the internal. I feel that it is better to lead with your heart, not your title, because you heart tells the true story about you. People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. Instead of living a life of complete shallowness and vanity, why not live a life of service and love? It’s your heart that counts, not your title.
